Bookings are confirmed once we have replied by email or WhatsApp with a date, activity and price. Prices are quoted in euro and include VAT unless stated otherwise.

Course and package prices cover the items listed on the relevant page of this website. Certification card fees, digital learning materials, transport supplements and site entry fees are charged separately where indicated.

Payment is due on or before the first day of the activity unless we have agreed otherwise in writing.

Please give us at least 48 hours' notice to cancel or move a booking. Within 48 hours we may charge for materials already issued, e-learning already activated, or a boat or instructor place we cannot re-fill.

If you arrive late, unfit to dive, or under the influence of alcohol or drugs, the session is treated as used.

Diving is weather-dependent. We may change the dive site, reschedule, or cancel an activity when sea state, visibility, staffing or safety require it. Site changes are normal and are not grounds for a refund.

If we cancel outright and cannot offer an alternative date that works for you, we refund the unused portion of what you paid.

All participants must complete the PADI medical statement honestly. If any answer is “yes”, you need a physician's written approval to dive before the activity starts. We cannot refund a booking cancelled because that approval was not obtained.

Minimum ages, prerequisite certifications and logged-dive requirements follow PADI standards and are shown with each course. Certified divers must present their certification card and, where relevant, a recent logbook.

Our instructors and guides have final authority on whether a dive goes ahead, on group composition, depth and profile. You agree to follow briefings and to stay with your guide or buddy.

We may end a dive or remove a participant from an activity without refund where behaviour puts anyone at risk, or where standards cannot be met.

Rental equipment remains our property and must be returned at the end of the activity in the condition it was issued, allowing for normal wear. You are responsible for the replacement or repair cost of equipment lost or damaged through misuse or negligence.

Course fees pay for training and assessment, not for a guaranteed certification. A certification is issued only when all PADI performance requirements are met. Additional sessions needed to reach those requirements may be charged.

We hold the insurance required by our MTA licence and PADI membership. Diving carries inherent risks and we strongly recommend personal dive accident and travel insurance.

Nothing in these terms limits liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, or for anything else that cannot lawfully be limited. Otherwise our liability is limited to the amount paid for the affected activity, and we are not liable for indirect losses such as missed flights or accommodation costs.

We sometimes photograph or film activities for our website and social channels. Tell us before the activity if you prefer not to appear, and we will respect that.

These terms are governed by Maltese law, and the courts of Malta have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute.
